In 2008 Modempak NZ was acquired and became part of the Sydney based ESCO Group of companies and since then has further diversified into specialist medical equipment acting as exclusive distributors for Esco Industries and Masrap MediTek into that region. Modempak NZ operates a sales, manufacturing and distribution warehouse located in Penrose, Auckland.
